This website belongs to Udaan Institute of Digital Technology, Govind Nagar, Sabji Mandi, Moradabad, 244001 Uttar Pradesh ("we", "us").
2. What information we collect
Visitors: when you fill the Quick Enquiry or Contact form we collect your name, mobile number and the course you are interested in.
Enrolled students: student ID, name, contact details, fee, attendance, exam and result records that the institute maintains for its students.
Entrance exam candidates: form number, name, mobile number and exam answers.
3. How we use it
We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, manage admissions, run exams, maintain fee and attendance records, and issue and verify certificates. We do not sell your information to anyone.
4. Where it is stored
Data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore) servers. Access to student records is limited to the institute's administrators.
5. Browser storage
The exam portals use your browser's local storage/session storage to keep your exam progress and timer safe if the page is refreshed. The student dashboard remembers your dark-mode choice. We do not use advertising cookies.
6. Certificate verification
Anyone who enters a valid certificate number on our website can see the student's name, course, grade and issue date for that certificate. This is to let employers confirm that a certificate is genuine.
7. Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your enquiry or personal details by calling or WhatsApp on +91 6395811054 or emailing sprshgupta7@gmail.com. Records that we must keep for fee or certificate purposes may be retained.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
